  1. We email your day pass vouchers to you 24-48 hours after reservation. If you depart within that time frame, please email us to expedite your voucher. 
  2. Your hotel will have our schedule of arrivals noting your name, number of guests, and arrival date.

Cancellation: 

  • All day pass deposits are nonrefundable at 10 days or less before to scheduled arrival date. If your travel plans change, your must email us to notify us 11 days or more prior to scheduled arrival date in order to receive a refund of your deposit – minus a $5.00 per person Cancellation Processing Fee.
  • If your ship skips the port or the cruise line cancels your cruise, we issue you a full refund of your deposit. Please email us and send us the  notification from the ship. Otherwise, you will be a No-Show. (See #3)
  • No-shows: Deposits for no-shows are nonrefundable.
  • There is no refund of your deposit due to inclement weather on the day pass day, as we have no control to predict the weather. If your ship skips the port due to weather, See #2.
  • There is no refund of your deposit due to illness occurring 10 days or less before your arrival date. (See #1)
