- We email your day pass vouchers to you 24-48 hours after reservation. If you depart within that time frame, please email us to expedite your voucher.
- Your hotel will have our schedule of arrivals noting your name, number of guests, and arrival date.
- All day pass purchases are nonrefundable at 10 days or less prior to scheduled arrival date. If your travel plans change, your must email or text to notify us 11 days or more prior to scheduled arrival date in order to receive a refund of your deposit – minus a $5.00 per person Cancellation Processing Fee.
- If your ship skips the port or the cruise line cancels your cruise, we issue you a full refund of your deposit. Please contact us and let us know as soon as you receive notification from the ship. Otherwise, the hotel will mark you as a No-Show, and therefore non-refundable (see below).
- No-shows are nonrefundable as the hotel will have a reservation saved specifically for you and passengers on your voucher.
- There is no refund due to inclement weather on the day pass day. However, we will gladly transfer your deposit to another port/resort location during the cruise, if available.
- There is no refund due to illness on the day pass day. However, we will gladly transfer your deposit to another port/resort location during the cruise, if available.
