- Choose a destination and resort from the Shop Destinations link, or click a destination on the right side of the Home page. Make sure to read the entire description for each resort, as each resort page contains all the information on what’s included and prices.
- Pay your deposit with us to reserve your day pass. Please note our Cancellation/Terms & Conditions Policy. Make sure you have the correct number of people in your shopping cart, and not double booking.
- We send your day pass voucher to you by email within 24-48 hours to the exact email address you booked with. Print the voucher and present it to the resort upon arrival. NOTE: If you do not see your day pass, look in your junk mail folder or in the exact email account you used to book.
- The resort gets our schedule of arrivals with your name, number of people, date and time of arrival, so you have a reservation at the resort for the day.
- You enjoy your day at one of our beautiful Caribbean resorts.
